Is there a minimum quantity requirement for orders?
Certain classic landing gear models must be ordered in skid quantities. For verification on whether or not your landing gear part number has a minimum quantity requirement, please reach out to the Aftermarket Customer Service department for verification at #800-876-3929.
How long does it take to ship available items?
Small parcel orders submitted before 3pm EST and keyed to ship via UPS will ship out same day. Stock orders will ship within 1-2 weeks minimum. LTL shipments set to ship via Bestway, PPD will ship out within 24-48 hours on average, unless there is a prearranged schedule or special requirements for your account. For verification on whether or not there is a shipment schedule for your account, please reach out to Customer Service. For specific carriers, shipping Collect or THP -average time frame for pick up is 3-5 days but there is a possibility of an extended wait.
Where can I get a freight quote?
For freight quotes, you must take the shipment weight information and Cincinnati zip code 45246 to the carrier of your choosing, along with your ship-to location information in order to attain a quote. SAF Holland does not quote freight.
If there is a problem with a shipment, who do I contact and what information is required?
For shipment damage, shortage, and incorrect location reports please reach out to the Aftermarket Customer Service group with reference to the PO #, SO #, DEL #, affected part numbers / quantities, and photographs of the shortage / damage whenever possible. How do I choose the shipment instructions for my order?
When checking out, there is a section for carrier and incoterm (billing method) selection. Choose your billing preference first, and then designate your carrier. Carrier choices can differ depending on your selected billing option.
How do I identify my assembly / component?
Check for an ID tag on the full assembly. If no ID tag is found, the next step would be to check with the OEM so they can verify what was installed using the build record.
